The building construction industry has changed a lot in the last decade- the classical solid construction received a lot of seriously increasing competition from wood-frame construction industry. Many building customers decide to build light-weight pre-fabricated houses due to the lower costs and less work despite the enormous advantages of solid construction.
Although there have already been trials made since 1920, solid construction required the use of mortar for automatic production. The production was not economically feasible and was discontinued.

THE REVOLUTION
After three years of development time, we started working together with an American adhesive production company to patent the dry gluing process for solid and ground building materials. This system made it possible to construct a solid raw material element within a few hours completely and fully automatically.
This is achieved with constant high quality and the cost saving advantages of an automatic mechanical construction.
THE FUTURE HAS SYSTEM
With the worldwide novel REDBLOC System technology we can produce pre-fabricated individual elements out of solid ground building materials such as bricks, concrete, limestone, expanded clay, porous concrete and pumice.
Thereby, we are able to provide to our licence holders high quality and low cost advantages over conventional masonry works. One of the main advantages is the low investment cost.
