We can produce fully automatically 400 sq.m of prefabricated wall elements daily in our production hall. REDBLOC has no borders of feasability: the pre-fabricated walls can be pre-produced with various building material at various heights and lengths. The high pressure water jet cutter can cut any imaginable form into the solid prefabricated piece. We enable the exclusive building details to be made affordable, like round windows and rounded arch-ways for everyone.


At the construction site of a classical single family house, for example, an enormous advantage of REDBLOC pre-fabricated walls is the time savings, it is possible to erect 250 sq.m of solid pre-fabricated walls with 1 skilled worker and 2 non-skilled workers.


The module REDBLOC wall system is even more economical and efficient in commercial building construction. Pre-produced wall elements for large projects can be completed in time that is not realizable with conventional masonry works. Everyday 1,000 sq.m can be erected with 4 work teams each with 3 workers, meeting tight deadlines and making large cost saving advantages possible.
