The prefab plant presented here has been operated very successfully by Redbloc Fertigteile RLP GmbH in Germany since 2022.

It processes large-format grinded filled and unfilled ceramic bricks and produces high-quality wall elements in wall thicknesses from 11.5 cm to 50 cm with a maximum length of 6.0 m and a maximum height of 3.5 m.

The design of all Redblocsystems production lines is modular, which means that a later upgrade to a fully automatic Redbloc Economic or Redbloc Advanced system is possible at any time.
